A Pirate-y School Holiday at Mutiara Damansara

KUALA LUMPUR – Visitors to both of Mutiara Damansara’s favourite malls will be able to immerse themselves in a truly pirate-inspired ambience this September school holidays

Visitors to both of Mutiara Damansara’s favourite malls will be able to immerse themselves in a truly pirate-inspired ambience this September school holidays from August 25 to September 3, 2017.

The Curve’s Centre Court and eCurve’s Centre Atrium has been transformed to mimic the open seas, complete with pirate ships and mysterious islands, in a perfect setting of a nautical holiday.

The Curve’s Treasure Cove campaign will offer a thrilling treasure hunt for the little ones with challenges such as Sword Fight, Toss the Cannon Ball, Walk the Plank. Those who are able to complete all the obstacles will be certified a hero with their very own Pirate’s Badge.

A special pirate’s eye patch and hat await the best treasure seekers who are able to discover these hidden bounties. Children can take part in the Curve’s activities for free by signing up at the registration booth at the Centre Court. There will also be special Arts and Crafts activities for the first 200 participants every weekend from 2pm onwards.

ECurve’s The Pirate’s Carnival campaign will feature 10 booths players at a variety of games from Knock the Parrot to Hook the Sword. Each game successfully completed will be rewarded with a classic Pirate Keychain, a unique Skull Drinking Glass with Straw, a Vintage Diary or an adorable Pirate Rabbit Collectible Figurine subject to the number of stamps collected.

Jazmi Kamarudin, General Manager of the Curve, said, “As a family-friendly mall, we understand the importance of creating family-bonding moments between parents and their children. The school holidays are the perfect occasion to spend quality time together, and what better way to do so than with fun and interactive activities like a treasure hunt?

Throughout the campaign, shoppers will be rewarded whenever they spend at either mall. Spend a minimum of RM150 in a maximum of two receipts at the Curve to redeem a RM10 cash voucher. Alternatively, shoppers who spend RM50 or more in a single receipt at any retail outlet at eCurve will be entitled to one entry pass to The Pirate’s Carnival.
