Assemblyperson becomes victim of car theft

SK assemblyman loses his car worth RM 220,000.

Seri Kembangan assemblyperson Ean Yong Hian Wah recently became the latest victim of a car theft.

Hian Wah, who is also an Exco member for the state government and a DAP member, lost his Toyota Camry at the Mid Valley city on Sunday night.

He had reportedly attended a friend’s dinner function while his driver parked the car at a nearby mosque before tending to his own prayers.

Upon returning, the driver found the RM 220,000- valued vehicle missing. Some documents and office keys are reported missing, while the driver lost his own car keys and a cash amount of RM 700.
