PETALING JAYA (April 28, 2010): Petaling Jaya City Councillor Derek Fernandez has lodged a police report on what he describes as a threat and a form of intimidation from the brother of a billboard operator.
Fernandez, who brought up the matter at the council’s full-board meeting today, said he received the call from a man claiming to be Song Kee Seong at 11.14am on April 27.
