Traffic cops bear the brunt of motorists’ anger

It may be ironic but traffic police are often blamed when one is caught in a congestion, even though they are there to help motorists reach their destinations faster.

Motorists, who are already frustrated with the bumper-to-bumper crawl, feel that they are required to wait at the junctions longer for their turns when a traffic policeman is stationed there to direct traffic.
