Blueprint for a vibrant Penang (Part II)

Penang Chief Minister, Lim Guan Eng speaks about what is installed for Penang and its future as an international city.

In the part two of his speech at the PIP Summit 2010, he stresses about cleanliness and health in Penang.

He said that cleanliness is next to ‘godliness’ and also warned about ‘growing waistlines’ because Penang has the ‘best food in country’.

He aims to make a healthier and cleaner state.

He added that Penang is now the most livable city in Malaysia along with Kuala Lumpur.
