Here is another Talam project that seems to have been abandoned. Most of Talam’s abandoned project been taken over by its subsidiary, Tenaga Gagah Sdn.Bhd.
The so called Lagoon Perdana which is located at PJS 9 Sunway have not been completed as per scheduled for almost 7-8 years. The project involves more than 1000 purchasers.
The frustrated purchasers have been seeking assistance from the State Assemblyperson, Hannah Yeoh to solve their dilemna.
Mr Chang Kim Loong, Hon Secretary-General of the National House Buyers Association, urged the buyers to buy completed property or to adopt “build and buy” concept so that all the parties will be safe.
