MULLIVAIKAL MASSACRE: NGOs appeal for justice

Objective of the event to highlight the issue at Sri Lanka that peoples still suffering until now and about the their government that violated the rules of engangement as well as human rights.

JOHOR BAHRU: More than 100 peoples here gathered in Candle light Vigil in rememberance of the Mullivaikal Massacre to rememeber the 40,000 over innocent Eelam Tamil people who were slaughtered by Sri Lankan government.

This event been organized by 8 NGOs of Johor at Jalan Wong Ah Fook.

Eight NGOs that organized the event was Persahabatan Semparuthi, Suara India Malaysia, Persatuan Tamil Neri Malaysia, Persatuan Dravidar Malaysia, yayasan Tamil Malaysia, Persatuan Kebudayaan dan Sosial India, Pertubuhan Sosial MGR and Sekreteriat Pemuliharaan Kaum Tamil Sedunia.

Dharmalingam, 63, Semparuthi Tholargal Volunteer said the objective of the event to highlight the issue at Sri Lanka that peoples still suffering until now and about the their government that violated the rules of engangement as well as human rights.

From the event they appeal to the nation of the world for a justice to the victims.
