The Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) is inviting the public to contribute views on the council’s Strategic Plan 2012-2016.

The plan, which is still in draft, will determine the municipality’s development direction in the next five years.

A questionnaire to solicit feedback on the plan was made available on the MPSJ website yesterday.

The council’s acting president, Abdullah Marjunid, said MPSJ will canvas public opinion through consultation with various target groups.

“These include representatives from industrial and developer groups, residents associations, NGOs, professional bodies, youths from higher institutions, disabled groups, children and others,” he elaborated.

A community consultation will be held on June 4 with the target groups.
