According to a statement from the department today, the NRD headquarters in Putrajaya and other states excluding Kelantan, Terengganu and Kedah will only be reopened on May 3.
Counters in Kelantan, Terengganu and Kedah will resume operations on May 2. For enquiries, the public can contact NRD’s customer service office at
