Sabah’s 1Malaysia Community has 250 members

The Sabah Information Department will hold a 1Malaysia Programme here on March 31 to explain the latest on national policies and current issues to members of the 1Malaysia Community.

The Sabah Information Department will hold a 1Malaysia Programme here on March 31 to explain the latest on national policies and current issues to members of the 1Malaysia Community.

Its Tawau information officer Mohd Arifin A.M. Noordin said the programme would be held at the auditorium of the Sabah Regional Public Library here at 2pm.

It will be officiated by Tanjung Batu assemblyman, Hamisa Samat.

“About 250 of the 1Malaysia Community members from Tawau, Semporna, Kunakand Lahad Datu will take part in the programme,” he said in a statement today.

Mohd Arifin said the explanation would be given by three specially invited panellists, Information Department director-general Abdullah Morad, SabahInfrastructure Development Assistant Minister Pang Yuk Ming and Universiti Malaysia Sabah lecturer, Dr Kntayya Mariappan.
