Sculpt a Superhero Body at The Curve

PETALING JAYA – The Curve’s Centre Court will be transformed to resemble a superhero’s secret lair, complete with multiple futuristic training areas and five life-sized superhero displays to inspire.

The Curve together with partner Fitness First are bringing back the annual 10-day Health and Beauty campaign themed Hero Mode, On! which will take place from April 7 to 16, 2017 at the Curve’s Centre Court. Transformed to resemble a superhero’s secret lair, complete with multiple futuristic training areas and five life-sized superhero displays to inspire workouts, patrons can get their many questions on health and beauty answered during the campaign.

Fitness junkies are also invited to participate in a series of energising activities such as the martial arts-inspired Body Combat class that will definitely leave participants energised  or an all intense cardiovascular workout, BODYSTEPS, an exercise which utilises height-adjustable steps and simple moves.

Dance lovers can sweat it out with either Zumba, SH’BAM or BODYJAM, while those in search for wellness and beauty through inner peace can join the experts for a round of BODYBALANCE, a workout which combines yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. Participants who are looking for something intense can take on the HARDCORE CHALLENGE instead. The 45-minute fast paced High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class that will put participants mobility, strength, balance, coordination and stamina to the test.

All workouts and workshops will take place throughout the day on Saturdays and Sundays for the duration of the campaign with the help of the trainers and consultants.

Jazmi Kamarudin, General Manager of the Curve, said, “It is not always easy to take that first step that is why we hope the Curve’s Health and Beauty campaign will inspire our patrons to jumpstart their journey to becoming stronger and more ‘super’!”

Participants looking to relax after the work out can get rewarded with a complimentary 45-minute massage worth RM95 with a minimum spend of RM300 and above in a maximum of two receipts. Shoppers can choose between a relaxing Upper Back Body and Scalp Massage, a soothing Foot Massage or a comforting Head and Shoulder Massage.
