A total of 1,386 accidents were reported yesterday with municipal roads recording 616 cases followed by federal roads (290), state roads (226), highways (180) and 74 cases in other roads.

A total of 12,451 summonses were issued for various offences.

The 23rd Ops Sikap, ending Feb 10, is launched in conjunction with the Chinese New Year in the effort to fatal accidents.
