Eight contest winners drive home Proton X50 SUV from Nestle

Nestle Malaysia announced eight grand prize winners of the Nestle Niu Year Contest, each driving home a brand-new Proton X50 sport utility vehicle (SUV) worth more than RM81,000 each.

The winners are Mohamad Sayuti Bin Abas, Ooi Yun Lin, Ng Tak Kwai, Wong Ngai Sun, Mohd Khairunnizam Bin Mahmod, Eriawati Binti Samadi, Nor Azlina Binti Ibrahim and Fadzilah Binti Ismail.

Nestle Malaysia’s business executive officer for the RTD business unit, April Wong said, “Every year, we strive to reward consumers with exciting offerings and experiences. All the more so in this challenging time, we were pleased to be able to share the joy with Malaysians during the Chinese New Year celebrations.”

The 8-week contest held in conjunction with the Chinese New Year. from Jan 8 to Mar 8 received more than 300,000 submissions nationwide. All one had to do was to purchase any of Nestle’s Ready-to-Drink (RTD) products to win prizes worth more than RM900,000 including the eight units of Proton X50 SUV.

Once lucky man, Ng Tak Kwai, 61, from Gopeng, Perak said, “I’m just ecstatic, I have always wanted to get my wife something special. We have been married for over 30 years and finally, she will be receiving this brand-new car. Being a loyal consumer of Nestle has truly been rewarding.”
