Tropicana Corp hands over keys to new homebuyers

Tropicana Corp Bhd recently delivered vacant possession of two completed properties to over 650 homeowners. The newly completed properties were Dalia Residences at Tropicana Aman in Kota Kemuning and Paisley Serviced Residences at Tropicana Metropark in Subang Jaya.

The 863-acre Tropicana Aman is anchored by 85 acres of Central Park that has a 7km walking and biking trail with accessibility via 10 link bridges and 17 pavilions surrounding the lake. It is also home to SJKC Bukit Fraser and Tenby International School.

While the Tropicana Metropark is an 88-acre freehold integrated development sited on a bustling and mature neighbourhood in Subang Jaya. The development is anchored by a 9.2-acre urban park and boasts a wide variety of amenities, including GEMS International School an the upcoming commercial hub known as Shoppe.

“Despite the movement control measure, we pushed forward and ensure that we handed over the units in good time. Homeowners were presented with gifts before being shown around the facilities in the township during the handover. They were later escorted to their new homes.

New homeowner husband wife couple Sugunan Nair and Lin said they feel proud of their accomplishment in their brand new home at Dalia Residences in Tropicana Aman.

“I choose Tropicana Aman as currently the place I’m staying is getting more crowded. So this is for retirement age, a bigger unit with a bigger piece of land,” said Sugunan.

Another couple Kelvin and Elaine who would be enjoying their new lives in their brand new Paloma Serviced Residences in Tropicana Metropark said it is important to choose a good developer when purchasing a new home.
