Tropicana unveils its first bespoke home personalization series

T.Living is currently available to buyers of Tropicana Aman’s new launch of Freesia Residences.


Tropicana Corporation Berhad aims to take home-buying experience to the next level with the unveiling of its first bespoke home personalization series called T.Living.

T. Living offers homebuyers customised choices ranging from colour palettes of walls and floorings, sanitary ware fitting designs, home security systems, and smart home features.

Dion Tan, Tropicana’s group managing director said the new customer-focused offering with benefits is changing the experience of homeowners.

“With T.Living “Your Home, Your Choice” bespoke solutions, we combined our Tropicana DNA with custom-design solutions providing homeowners more attractive choices and less hassle.

Currently, T.Living is available for Freesia Residences and as we progress, we will be able to expand T.Living services to more developments.” he said.

Freesia Residences is the latest launch of 2-storey lake and park villas offering 5+1 bedrooms and bungalow-style living within the 863-acre wholesome township of Tropicana Aman, Kota Kemuning.

The T.Living home customisation concept features a choice of two colour palettes to choose from for Freesia Residences – Alba and Oberon while providing a selection of fittings between basic and premium packages

The basic package is free of additional costs and adds master bathroom shower screens with glass doors, a Bluguard Z-Wave Gateway Smart Home Hub including CCTV, video intercom, motion sensors, and alarms as well as magnetic and vibration sensors for the ground floor.

The package also includes a 300L solar water heater, a water booster pump, an outdoor water filter for the home, as well as one 3.0 horsepower air-conditioning unit in the living area.

Whereas, the premium packages are split into two options; Silver and Gold. The Silver package costs an additional RM16,800 and adds on to the basic feature set with additional shower screen doors in all other bathrooms, additional Bluguard smoke detectors, an air-conditioning IR blaster control, Yale digital door lockset, an emergency remote control button, and an Amazon Alexa voice-controlled smart home system.

The premium Gold package costs RM45,800 and has all the above plus an additional 3.7kW electric vehicle (EV) car charging station and additional Daikin air-conditioning units at the dining room, family area, and all other rooms as well.

The township of Tropicana Aman at Kota Kemuning is built around an 85-acre central park and lake with a 7-km walking and biking trail. These park and lake villas offer built-up ranges from 3,769 sq ft to 5,354 sq ft and are priced from RM1.85 million.

Tropicana Aman is also home to two education institutions namely Tenby International School and SJK (C) Bukit Fraser. The township also features a recreational hub with a host of facilities slated to open this year.
