Tropicana Corporation Berhad’s Tropicana 100 campaign recorded a notable RM712 million sales despite the challenging market condition.
Tropicana’s group managing director Dion Tan highlighted the importance of reacting to the current market condition and providing the right customer-centric campaign.
“This campaign signified our long-term commitment recognising the needs and providing an easy avenue for our purchasers to own our Tropicana properties. We appreciate and value the support of our purchasers as well as the dedication of our marketing and sales team in amassing such an impressive sales record of RM712 million,” he said.
The Tropicana 100 campaign offered buyers 100% returns on booking fees, 100% interest-free flexibility, 100% legal fees borne, 100% furnishing, 100% financing and 100% additional referral rewards. The first 100 lucky purchasers were also rewarded with furnishing vouchers.
This campaign outperformed despite market challenges as well as won many favourable votes from it purchasers.
The successful Tropicana 100 campaign was introduced this year in tandem with its Tropicana 10-TEN’s success in 2020.
Following the success of both campaigns, the group continued to offer the right product mix and easy property ownership solutions for its purchasers.
The group is currently having the Tropicana FreeDOM campaign that offers savings for completed commercial and residential developments, with limited units available as most of completed developments were fully taken up.
Tropicana FreeDOM campaign is curated for completed commercial and residential properties in the Klang Valley, Penang, Johor, and Kota Kinabalu, which offers big savings on move-in-ready units.
Buyers will enjoy zero down payment, up to 50% rebates, 100% financing with Maybank Islamic’s HouzKEY programme as well as free maintenance of up to 10 years.
An additional 2% referral reward will be granted to buyers that successfully introduced and sold the property to family and friends. As an added bonus, some of the properties even come with fully or partially furnished fittings
Aside from that, the Tropicana FreeDOM campaign allows property buyers to enjoy enhanced returns and take advantage of the government’s Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) for greater savings.
