Tropicana 100 campaign extended until December 2021

Tropicana Corporation Berhad is bringing back its successful Tropicana 100 campaign launched in early 2021. The campaign which first ended two months ago recorded RM712 million worth of sales.

The newly launched campaign aptly named Tropicana 100 Xtended will be extended for another 100 days until the end of December 2021 to offer property owners 100% solutions to own their dream property.

Tropicana’s group managing director Dion Tan said the earlier Tropicana 100 campaign had performed well and expressed gratitude to purchasers for their support and to the Tropicana team for their dedication.

“We want to show our purchasers that we value their support and listen to their requests. After all, we are a community developer and we always aim to provide flexible property ownership solutions for our community to live, learn, work, play and prosper.

“This campaign signified our long-term commitment to recognizing the needs and providing an avenue for our purchasers to own our Tropicana properties,” said Tan.

The Tropicana 100 Xtended campaign offers six attractive deals for the group’s commercial and residential developments which are suitable for own-stay or investment and located in Klang Valley, Genting Highlands, Langkawi and Johor.

Buyers will enjoy 100% on returns on booking, 100% interest-free flexibility, 100% legal fees borne, 100% furnishing, 100% financing and 100% additional referral rewards when they successfully introduce a family or friend. In addition, 10 lucky draw winners will stand a chance to win 1,000% returns on their bookings of up to RM50,000 each.
