Nutrition Month to put health and good nutrition on spotlight

The upcoming Herbalife Nutrition Month will encourage Malaysians to achieve their wellness goals

Good health and nutrition plays an important role in developing a strong immune system and help protect against the Covid-19 virus which has become an endemic now.

Herbalife Nutrition will be organizing the Herbalife Nutrition Month to uphold its commitment in supporting the healthy and wellness journey among Malaysians.

“After nearly two years of pandemic-related disruptions, Herbalife Nutrition Month acts as a call to action – empowering Malaysians to achieve their wellness goals. Through events such as virtual workshops and outdoor activities in cities across Malaysia, we aim to put a spotlight on good nutrition and health,” Herbalife Nutrition Malaysia and Singapore senior director and general manager Steven Chin said.

Regular exercise and healthy nutrition will improve overall wellbeing.

Herbalife Nutrition Month which is held every year in March will see a 2-day Health and Active Lifestyle (HAL) activity in various cities across the country. It aims to earn another spot in the Malaysian Book of Records for ‘Most Number of Participants in A Virtual Workout Session’ through this initiative.
