The new Art for All: Art Gala event which will be taking place at the GMBB community mall this April is set to bring the inclusive art experience to Malaysians.
The retail spaces at level 3A will be creatively transformed into an engaging art venue for the visitors to appreciate art beyond the boundaries of a typical art fair.
The event helmed by Art Expo Malaysia (AEM) will see the visual art backbones in Malaysia come together as a collaborative effort to re-energise the vibrancy of the local art scene.
AEM has played an important role to create a vibrant art eco-system and infrastructure in Malaysia. To date, AEM has supported more than 200 local and international reputable galleries and has contributed more than RM165million in sales of artworks to the industry.
The event is a large-scale collaboration with the top 20 art galleries in Malaysia and will feature over 500 artworks by 100 local and international artists.
The National Art Gallery and fine art auction house Henry Butcher Art Auctioneers will be among the exhibitors together with independent art galleries including A2 Gallery, Core Design Gallery, G13 Gallery, HOM Art Trans, La Galerie du Monde, Minut Init, NN Gallery, Rissim Contemporary, Suma Orientalis, The Back Room, V’Art Space, Wei-Ling Gallery, and Zhan Art | Space.
