How to plan your Rapid KL bus ride

You can download the app from Google Play if you use Android and iTunes if you us iPhone.

First you need to register an account by keying in username and password.

Upon login, you will be taken to the main page, where you can start planning your journey.

When you key in your location, the app will request you to activate GPS service. The application will detect your location automatically.

Once you have enabled the device location, key in your destination and the app will suggest the available routes and the time you will take to reach.

You can choose the shortest time travel or the least transfer. Klang Valley passengers can choose to travel by bus or rail, or both.

The application will also provide you with travel cost, bus route numbers, and train stations if you opt to use the rail.

Besides laying out the best journey option for users, the Pulse app also provides the following info.

1. Status of each service. 
2. Estimated arrival time (ETA) (real-time location)
3. A fare calculator 
4. Station locations
