Raja Permaisuri Agong Tunku Hajah Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah graced the official opening of the The Royal Floria Putrajaya, yesterday.
The Royal Floria Putrajaya officially opened its doors and showcases almost a million varieties of trees, plants and cultivated flowers.
This edition is the 13th annual flower show and is back after two years of cancellations due to Covid 19.
Visitors can visit the exhibition at Anjung Floria, Precinct 4, Putrajaya, until September 4, 2022.
In line with this year’s theme, “Orchids”, the highlight will be a vertical flower wall filled with orchids from various species and hybrids.
Besides the orchids, Bonsai, Bromeliad, Hibiscus, Heliconia, Rose, Bougainvillea, Begonia, Lily and Chrysanthemum will enthral the visitors.
Some of the highlights at the festival include Magical Gardens, The Magic of Bonsai & Suiseki Exhibition, Musical Garden, Tropical Magic in a Glass, Chrysanthemum Garden, and Royal Garden.
At the Designer Gardens, professional landscape architects dazzle visitors with their creative and innovative masterpieces.
Visitors can also enjoy refreshments and delicious Malaysian snacks at the Tea Party Garden.
An International Orchid Competition will also take place during Floria Putrajaya this year.
