Komunitikini to be launched in Johor Bahru tomorrow

Johor Bahru Komunitikini portal will be launched tomorrow at Taman Molek by Malaysiakini CEO, Premesh Chandran.

Johor Bahru Komunitikini portal will be launched tomorrow at Taman Molek by Malaysiakini CEO, Premesh Chandran.

The launch which will take place at 10.00 am, is organized by the Citizen Journalists from the Johor Chapter.

Local leaders, councilors, Rukun Tetangga chairman, Resident Association chairman, community leaders and local residents are expected to attend the event.

Johor Bahru Komunitikini page is a community portal, which reports on issues related to local council, crime, events and programme within a certain city and it’s surrounding areas.

Currently the Citizen Journalist have been actively reporting on various issues through out the vast residential areas in Johor Bahru.

Komunitikini portal launched by Malaysiakini.com this year to serve the local community to voice out  issues which affects them in their daily life. Currently issues within Klang Valley were covered through various local pages associated with areas such as Bangsar, Damansara, Klang and Petaling Jaya.
