Kita Festival, a two-day youth-centric community event set to welcome all Malaysians, will take place at Spacerubix, Puchong, on September 24 and 25.

The festival offers diverse attractions, including a shopping bazaar, food trucks, fitness, e-sports, extreme sports, capacity-building classes, advocacy programmes and indie music performances.

The Kita Festival has four holistic segments this time: Kita Gig, Kita Function, Kita Market and Kita Game.

The festivities will start on September 24, with Kita Gig brought by Rakita 107.9.

Kita Gig will showcase a line-up of artists, including Hullera, Grey Sky Morning, Budak Nakal Hujung Simpang, Aman Ra ft DJ Uno and Kyoto Protocol.

Early bird tickets are RM65, and the door ticket price is RM85 for door price. Visitors can buy tickets at kitagig.ubertickets.my.

Meanwhile, Under Impact Malaysia, Kita Function visitors can learn something new and be inspired to be change-maker.

This segment will host the Freedom Film Festival — the screening of films highlighting social issues and engaging discussions with filmmakers after. 

Asha Michibata from Ruma Yoga will be conducting a yoga session.

Visitors can discover products from youth entrepreneurs and support the local entrepreneur community at Kita Market, organised in partnership with Picksum.

Among the booths in this bazaar are Tukang Jahit, Mat Rock Ayam Goreng Kunyit, Pasta Panas, Little Fat Duck, Cowboys Food Truck, and many more.

Finally, Kita Games will have Esports masterclasses organised by Esports Integrated (ESI). Free spots are available for all esports enthusiasts to join courses such as Esports Business, Casters/Hosts, and Streamers.
