The China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO), one of China’s biggest expositions, has been highly credited as an effective platform to promote the cooperation between China and ASEAN in trade, investment and tourism.
Held in September every year since 2004 at the Naaning International Convention and Exhibition Centre (NICEC), CEAXPO is organised by the People’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce, P.R. China.
Most importantly, the expo promotes the China-ASEAN FTA; CEAXPO is a platform to promote and further strengthen the trade between Malaysia and China.
The last CEAXPO to place under the theme “Building the Belt and Road, Strengthening Digital Economy Cooperation,” the 17th CAEXPO demonstrated the outcomes of ASEAN-China joint efforts to combat COVID-19.
It also deepened all-around ASEAN-China relations and economic cooperation in various fields and achieved a safe, orderly, high-level and distinctive CAEXPO.
