AirAsia launches 7 million free seats for 21st anniversary

Travellers can now grab AirAsia seats to local, ASEAN and further destinations worldwide. Passengers only need to pay taxes and regulatory charges.

AirAsia announced its biggest’ Mega Sale’ to date, offering a whopping seven million free seats to celebrate an incredible 700 million passengers flown in conjunction with the airline’s 21-year anniversary. 

To mark this momentous achievement, travellers can now grab seats to local, ASEAN and further destinations worldwide. Passengers only need to pay taxes and regulatory charges. 

They can pick a holiday destination in Malaysia without breaking the bank or fly a little further to other exciting destinations in Asia, such as Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand and more, this festive season for as low as RM23.

AirAsia members also earn airasia points when booking flights and extra points when they pay with AirAsia Card. The sale starts from now till 13 November 2022, with a travel period from 1 May 2023 to 30 March 2024 – which gives travellers ample time to plan.

Meanwhile, travellers can fly AirAsia X from just RM429 one-way, and travellers can make their way to sunny Perth, food-and-shopping haven Tokyo, bustling Taipei and much more.

The premium flatbed seats on AirAsia X are available for only RM1,399. This promo price is valid until 13 November 2022 for travel between 1 May 2023 and 30 March 2024.
