Tropicana Corp Bhd, has unveiled the last of its Hana Residences villa series at its 863-acre township, Tropicana Aman in Kota Kemuning

Tropicana Corp Bhd, has unveiled the last of its Hana Residences villa series at its 863-acre township, Tropicana Aman in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, Selangor.

Hana Residences will span 28 acres and have a gross development value of RM403 million. It will feature 130 2-3 storey bungalows and 2-storey semi-detached homes. The project is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2025.

The township is planned as a tranquil, self-sufficient walking and biking community, encouraging active and sustainable lives while lowering carbon footprints everywhere. This is in keeping with the group’s commitment to environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) principles.

The closeness to important major highways including the Shah Alam (“KESAS”), South Klang Valley, and West Coast Expressways, as well as the North-South Expressway Central Link, completes Tropicana Aman’s strong connectivity profile.

The township’s amenities include leisure areas, lakefront pavilions, a 7-kilometer walking and bicycling track, and an 85-acre Central Park that acts as a green lung.

According to Tropicana’s deputy chief executive officer Joanne Lee, the name Hana Residences was chosen to reflect the word’s various connotations, which vary from “flower” in Japanese to “happy” and “bliss” in Arabic.

T.Living for bespoke home personalization

Lee also stated that T.Living provides bespoke home personalization, allowing Hana Residences owners to design their own homes. Owners can choose either “Charisma,” a lighter theme with calming colours or “Bella,” a darker theme for stylish, sophisticated and modern palette.

T.Living’s protection allows buyers to further customise their homes with smart, comfort, and eco packages, which cater to resident security, smart home, cooling, and sustainability needs.

Hearth, Habitat, and Haven

The three pillars of hearth, habitat, and haven, conveys Tropicana’s distinct development DNA in Hana Residences. According to Lee, it focuses on innovative concepts and design, as well as facilities and large open spaces.

“The first pillar, Hearth, addresses design features such as north/south orientations for passive cooling, as well as double volume ceilings in dining and living spaces for homes in the signature development. In addition, smart home features deliver convenience for owners and residents.

“Meanwhile, the pillar of Habitat governs Hana Residences’ surroundings, complete with conducive amenities such as a Linear Park, Central Garden and pocket parks, enhanced by multi-tiered security for peace of mind.

“Finally, Haven incorporates the myriad pull factors of the surrounding Tropicana Aman township,” Lee shared.
