Amari Johor Bahru has announced its Gurindam Asia Buffet for the upcoming Ramadan month. The hotel will offer over 300 items, including an Authentic Thai Food section. Buffet vouchers are available at RM178nett per adult, with discounts for senior citizens and children aged 6 to 12.
Lucky diners can win dining, spa, and hotel stay vouchers worth up to RM50,000. Every five vouchers purchased before 15th March entitles one free voucher, and a Buy-7-free-1 deal applies thereafter.
The hotel hosted a preview event for 200 corporate guests and 100 local media and influencer invitees, who sampled the full spread of the buffet’s mouth-watering delights. The Gurindam Asia Buffet’s star dishes include the Harissa Marinated Australian Whole Lamb, Kambing Gear Box Singapore, Authentic Soup Berempah, and Sweet Banana Fritters with Mozzarella Cheese and Serawa Durian.
Hotel General Manager, Andrew Tan, expressed his delight at receiving positive feedback from the preview of the fantastic spread curated by Executive Chef Hairi Rahman, further enhanced by Thai Specialist Chef Jakranee Kalapen and the culinary team.
Johorean TikToker with 690,000 followers, Khoo Chong Yong, who attended the event, commented that he was delighted to taste authentic Thai cuisine, especially the Mango Sticky Rice and SomTam Salad. The hotel’s Buy-7-free-1 deal applies to purchases made after every five vouchers purchased before 15th March, and customers who buy seven vouchers in a single receipt will get one voucher for free.
