S P Setia has announced the winners of its SetiaCation and Year-End Rewards campaigns. The campaign provided lucky purchasers with guaranteed local staycations as well as the opportunity to win an overseas staycation, all at Amari Hotels. The winners were announced on March 18 at Amari Kuala Lumpur, with prizes totaling more than RM800,000.
Over 500 purchasers who purchased a S P Setia property between August 16 and December 31, 2022 received a guaranteed 3D2N stay at the Amari Kuala Lumpur, Amari SPICE Penang, or Amari Johor Bahru as part of the SetiaCation campaign. Nine of the selected homebuyers will receive trips to Amari resorts in the Maldives, Phuket, Bangkok, Krabi, and Laos.
Furthermore, the winners of the Year-End Rewards campaign, which coincided with S P Setia’s 14th win as the No.1 Property Developer in The Edge Malaysia Top Property Developers Awards in 2022, were also announced. It included cash prizes for a total of 14 winners, including seven existing Citizen Setia members and seven new homebuyers.
The grand prize for the SetiaCation campaign was a four-day, three-night stay at Amari Havodda Maldives. The grand prize for the Year-End Rewards for existing purchasers was worth RM68,888, while the grand prize for new purchasers was worth RM118,888.
Existing Setia property owners who participated were also offered the Citizen Setia Rewards Xtend programme, which allows them to extend their benefits to immediate family members. Members of this programme can receive up to a 3% loyal customer rebate, among other benefits and incentives.
Both initiatives were created with the intention of rewarding Citizen Setia homebuyers and highlighting S P Setia’s hotels, Amari Kuala Lumpur and Amari SPICE Penang, which opened their doors in September of last year.
