The 2,800-square feet café at Sierra Fresco features a modern interior design that takes on an open space concept, with arches featured prominently in its architecture. Southern Californian motifs pay tribute to the brand’s roots, while the café’s sunshine-like lighting creates a warm and inviting ambience.

The new café also features a large seating area, including a community table for eight, that can accommodate up to 110 customers and visitors.

The latest offerings centre around the Ramadan and Raya seasons and include the Vanilla Cardamom Cold Brew Coffee, Cardamom Oat Milk Macchiato, Mangoes & Cream Ice Blended®, and Mangoes & Cream Cold Brew Tea. These beverages are infused with aromatic cardamom, adding a depth of flavour that does not overpower the senses.

The seasonal Ramadan and Raya menu also features the locally-inspired The Straits and Pine-lemon Sugee cakes, while other delectable dessert selections are the Midnight Chocolate cake, Mangoes & Cheese Tart, and Cinnamon Raisin Swirl. Alongside this, Middle-Eastern-inspired flavours are available with Fattoush Salad, Hummus with Tortilla Chips, Chicken Shawarma, and Baklava Delight.
