The Sarawak Tourism Board’s highly anticipated Rainforest World Music Festival (RWMF) is back, and ticket sales have officially opened for music enthusiasts eager to attend this remarkable event.
With its 26th edition set to take place from June 23 to 25, RWMF 2023 promises an extraordinary lineup of performers from around the world, offering a diverse range of music genres that will captivate visitors.
Exciting ticket sales blitz and lucky draw
The official launch of the RWMF 2023 ticket sales blitz will take place at Vivacity Megamall Kuching, Plaza Merdeka Kuching, and Bintang Megamall Miri from June 9 to 11, 2023.
To add to the excitement, those who purchase their tickets at these locations will have a chance to enter a lucky draw and win an extra ticket to the festival. Terms and conditions apply.
The pre-sale tickets are available in various categories, offering different options to suit attendees’ preferences, such as the 1-Day Pass and 2-Day Pass options for adults and children.
Pre-sale tickets are available in a range of categories: Adult 1-Day Pass Fri/Sun (MYR230), Adult 1-Day Pass Sat (MYR260), Adult 2-Day Pass Fri + Sat / Sat + Sun (MYR440), Adult 3-Day Pass (MYR590), and Child 1-Day Pass Fri/Sat/Sun (MYR80) are up for grabs as a limited-period offer.
An electrifying lineup for Rainforest World Music Festival
RWMF 2023 showcases an impressive array of international performers who will grace the stage with their exceptional talents.
Grammy Awards winner Gipsy Kings featuring Tonino Baliardo from France will mesmerize the audience with their pop-oriented music inspired by traditional flamenco and rumba genres.
Other international acts include Big Mountain from Jamaica and the USA, Safi Theatre from Tanzania, Rastak from Iran, Fasylive from Maldives, Afriquoi from the United Kingdom, Chatusram from India, and more.
The festival will also feature local Malaysian talents from East and West Malaysia, including Zee Avi, Suk Binie, Aseana Percussion Unit, and many others.
