Aeroville Mall is set to come alive with the vibrant and immersive World of Manga event, celebrating the realms of Anime, Cosplay, and Gaming.
From June 16-25, people from all walks of life are invited to embrace their passion for ACG at this exciting event.
Organized by the Raminway Recreational Club, in collaboration with Yayasan Pengguna Negara Malaysia (YPNM) Sarawak branch, the event aims to foster creativity, self-expression, and cultural appreciation, especially among the younger generation.
World of Manga : A Fusion of art and creativity
During a press conference held at the service centre of Kota Sentosa assemblyman Wilfred Yap, Organizing Chairman Lee Ning announced the event’s objectives. The World of Manga event aims to engage the younger generation in various artistic forms by combining elements of Anime, Cosplay, and Gaming.
Recognizing the importance of creativity and cultural appreciation, this platform seeks to inspire and empower young people to explore their artistic talents.
One of the highlights of the event will be the mural art section featuring renowned artist Aries Kong, popularly known as Jagung. Visitors will have the opportunity to witness awe-inspiring creations and interact with the artists themselves.
The mural art section promises to be a visual feast, showcasing the unique fusion of manga-inspired artwork.
Exciting experiences for ACG enthusiasts
The World of Manga event will offer a plethora of exciting activities and experiences for ACG enthusiasts. Cosplay competitions will take centre stage, allowing participants to showcase their creativity and craftsmanship.
