One of the highlights is the free concerts on the main stage, featuring popular J-pop artists specially flown in from Japan. The concerts promise to captivate audiences with performances by renowned Japanese artists, bands, and cultural acts, offering an unforgettable experience
The event will be divided into seven zones, including both outdoor and indoor areas, catering to the diverse interests of attendees. The outdoor zone will host the main stage for J-pop concerts, where fans can immerse themselves in the infectious energy of live performances.
Additionally, the “Taste of Japan” food zone in the outdoor area will tantalise visitors’ taste buds with a delectable array of authentic Japanese cuisine.

The indoor area of JEMY will be divided into six thematic zones, each offering a unique and immersive experience. The Travel & Prefecture zone will showcase the beauty and diversity of Japan’s regions, providing valuable information and inspiration for future travel plans. The Education zone will highlight the educational opportunities available in Japan, including language courses and higher education institutions
Enthusiasts of Japanese lifestyle, beauty, and health will find their haven in a dedicated zone, featuring the latest trends from Japan. Anime and Cosplay enthusiasts can connect with like-minded individuals and participate in the Cosplay Parade, showcasing their creative outfits. The Art & Creator zone will delight art lovers with exhibitions and workshops by talented Japanese artists.
As part of JEMY’s mission to promote cultural and trade exchange, the event will feature workshops and demonstrations. Attendees can engage in interactive workshops to experience traditional Japanese martial arts such as kendo, iaido, and kyudo. Additionally, they can witness demonstrations of the elegant tea ceremony and the art of wagashi (Japanese sweets) making, gaining a deeper understanding of Japanese customs and traditions.
JEMY 2023 holds special significance as it aligns with the 50th Year of ASEAN-Japan Relations.
