GFNY, the renowned global endurance sports series, continues to expand its reach in Asia with the addition of GFNY Kota Kinabalu.

Scheduled for December 10, 2023, this race will join the ranks of other GFNY races in Asia, including popular destinations like Bali, Krabi, and Kuala Lumpur.

GFNY Kota Kinabalu offers participants a thrilling race experience in the heart of Borneo. The course spans a distance of 135.3km and features 1397m of climbing.

Starting and finishing at Sabah State Administrative Centre (PPNS), the second tallest building in Borneo, riders will embark on a journey along Jalan Tun Fuad Stephens, a scenic coastal road that skirts the Likas Bay.

As they make their way into the city of Kota Kinabalu, cyclists will face the intense challenge of climbing the short but demanding slopes of Jalan Kolam Minintod. Along the way, riders will be treated to breathtaking views of Mount Kinabalu, adding a touch of awe-inspiring beauty to the race.
