Organized in collaboration with THE MAGIC RAIN, Collab Store, and Shoppes at Four Seasons Place, this two-day event promises an unforgettable experience celebrating all things anime, cosplay, and gaming.

Founder and CEO of Collab Store, Richard Tsen, has expressed his excitement about celebrating cosplay as a fashion-driven artform at Japan Kita! 2023. With a focus on art and sustainability, Tsen believes that cosplay not only serves as a means of creative expression but also contributes positively to mental health.

Showcasing local cosplay talent

The event will feature some of Malaysia’s most talented cosplayers in the region. Among the prominent names to watch out for are Deadpudds, Lizzy, Fumiko Kriss, and the fashion model and cosplay enthusiast, Lily Ayumi, who will make a special appearance as a guest.

Japan Kita! 2023 will also showcase an array of local musical talents. From Twitch streamer and classically trained musician Shykuroboo to dancer, singer, and triple threat Sarah In A Snowstorm, along with dynamic musical duo Ian Fewbeats and Jeisuzuki, attendees are in for an exciting and melodious treat.
