DPM encourages Malaysians to embrace Malaysia Day spirit

Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has called upon Malaysians to embrace the spirit of Malaysia Day, urging them to celebrate this significant occasion regardless of their location.

While the official event is set to take place in Kuching, Sarawak, Ahmad Zahid emphasised that those in the peninsula, particularly in Putrajaya, should join in the festivities with the same enthusiasm as their counterparts in Sabah and Sarawak.

He made these remarks during the closing of the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development’s Kembara Merdeka Desa MADANI programme.
