YOTEL, in collaboration with High Street Holdings, has unveiled its inaugural venture into Malaysia, marking its commitment to global expansion.
The announcement introduces YOTEL Kuala Lumpur, a 290-room hotel strategically positioned in the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s Central Business District.
This debut underscores YOTEL’s dedication to innovative, technology-driven hospitality solutions, following the success of its ventures in Singapore.
YOTEL Kuala Lumpur’s prime location
YOTEL Kuala Lumpur is slated to open its doors in summer of 2025, in the bustling Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) district, forming part of a mixed-use development,
Its sought-after location places it mere steps away from iconic landmarks, including the Petronas Towers, KL Convention Centre, and the vibrant Bukit Bintang hub.
The hotel will offer seamless connectivity to key transport hubs, with Raja Chulan Monorail and Bukit Bintang MRT Stations in close proximity, facilitating easy access to other parts of the city and Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
YOTEL CEO Hubert Viriot said: “Asia continues to be a key territory for our growth and with Kuala Lumpur joining the pipeline alongside Tokyo and Bangkok, we are doubling our current footprint in the region and are excited to enhance the portfolio even further.”

Innovative offerings and amenities
The forthcoming hotel is set to redefine the Kuala Lumpur hospitality landscape with modern, sustainable smart design and creative technology integration.
Plans include a rooftop pool and bar affording panoramic city views, signature YOTEL amenities such as the multi-functional dining and co-working space, Komyuniti, a fitness centre, and a Grab + Go snack station.
