AirAsia expands horizons: New flights to Almaty, Kazakhstan

AirAsia announces a pioneering move, set to launch flights to Central Asia with a new route to Almaty, Kazakhstan, commencing on 14 March 2024.

His Excellency Bulat Sugurbayev, the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan, expressed that the entry of AirAsia X (AAX) into Kazakhstan marks a significant milestone in the relations between the two nations.

AirAsia celebrates 22nd birthday with promos

To celebrate this milestone, AirAsia X is rolling out an introductory fare starting at MYR99 all-in* one-way in economy class, applicable for bookings made until 30 November 2023.

Additionally, in celebration of AirAsia’s 22nd anniversary, the airline offers a 22% discount* on all flights for bookings made by midnight on 3 December 2023.

This promotion encompasses various enticing destinations, allowing travellers to explore places like Penang, Bali, New Delhi, and more.

Adding to the excitement, Malaysians can now enjoy visa-free entry to China starting 1 December. AirAsia provides convenient flights from Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, and Kota Kinabalu to key Chinese cities like Guangzhou, Kunming, Shenzhen, and Beijing.
