The Kuala Lumpur Art Book Fair (KLABF) is back, transforming the Kuala Lumpur & Selangor Chinese Assembly Hall (KLSCAH) into a hub of artistic expression.
Over three days, KLABF 2023 offers a captivating display of independent publishers, rare art books, and exclusive collectibles from 112 international and local exhibitors.
Founded in 2021, KLABF is a global platform celebrating art, design, and print matters, fostering collaboration within the creative community.
KLABF: Diverse exhibitors and artistic delights
KLABF 2023, the biggest edition yet, welcomes 52 international exhibitors from 13 countries, showcasing a diverse range of visual wonders.
Notable additions include Malaysian artist Ajim Juxta, the quirky character creations of Radio Woon, Indonesian collective Grafis Nusantara, Singapore’s In Plain Words and South Korea’s Sojanggak.
The book fair also will showcase the youngest exhibitor, 10-year-old Enya Lim.
The fair promises a visual feast, with a variety of art books, zines, magazines, and limited-run imprints.

Visitors can anticipate more than just exhibitions, with KLABF offering book launches, talks, sharing sessions, workshops, and more.
Collaborating with Cahaya Create and G.F. Smith, KLABF features an art installation displaying a spectrum of multicoloured paper clouds.
