Taman Sukun Bukit Mertajam Voluntary Fire Brigade Association exemplifies the community spirit that will underpin the relief effort. This association, one of eight within PBS Kawasan Bukit Mertajam, has proactively prepared 17,000 liters of water for residents.

“We have already prepared 14,000 liters of water in water tanks and another 3,000 liters via fire trucks,” explained association chairman Loh Soon Lee.

These strategically placed water tanks will be regularly refilled to ensure continuous supply.
