The Greater Klang Valley initiative, first announced during the 2024 Selangor Budget, integrates Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, and Klang.

With the potential to become a major economic hub in Southeast Asia, it could rank among the top five valleys in Asia if fully realised.

The Puchong Community Arts Festival (Coart), which showcases local arts and culture, is expected to attract 8,000 participants.
