The rescheduling considers the completion of the Klang Valley Double Track Electrification (KDVT) Phase 1 upgrade project on the Rawang to KL Sentral sector.

It also enhances the connectivity of ETS services with other train services such as Northern Commuter, Southern Express, and Eastern Express at major stations.

KTMB aims to provide a more efficient and seamless travel experience for passengers.

“This initiative aims to encourage the public to use rail-based public transport comfortably and safely,” KTMB stated.
