Foundever launches SEA’s first multilingual CX hub in KL

Foundever launches Southeast Asia’s first multilingual CX hub in Kuala Lumpur, boosting job creation and Malaysia’s growing digital economy.

Foundever, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, has officially launched its first multilingual hub in Southeast Asia, located in Kuala Lumpur. This new hub signifies a major milestone in Foundever’s expansion, creating economic opportunities and supporting job growth in Malaysia. The facility will offer customer experience solutions in multiple languages, making it a strategic asset for the company’s operations across the region.

Operating under a hybrid model that blends remote work with access to co-working spaces, Foundever is paving the way for flexible working conditions while ensuring a physical presence in Malaysia. The establishment of a dedicated office in Kuala Lumpur is expected early next year. Currently, the company plans to hire 100 new employees by the end of 2024, with an ambitious goal of increasing the workforce to 500 by 2025.

This move aligns with Malaysia’s growing digital economy, which contributes 22.6% to the country’s GDP, projected to rise to 25.5% by 2025. The increasing demand for skilled multilingual professionals in Malaysia is driven by the rise in e-commerce and digital adoption, sectors Foundever aims to support through its multilingual capabilities.
