Strengthening Malaysia-Vietnam tourism relations
The new Kuala Lumpur-Da Nang route is set to play a significant role in increasing tourism between the two regions.
With Malaysia already ranking among the top ten sources of international tourists visiting Da Nang, this enhanced connectivity is expected to attract even more Malaysian travellers.
The route will add 28 weekly flights between Kuala Lumpur and Da Nang, offering increased travel flexibility and convenience.
Da Nang’s leadership recently visited Malaysia, meeting with Malaysia Airlines executives to discuss the promotion of the new route.
Plans were also set to deepen tourism cooperation, with initiatives like familiarisation trips for travel agents and press tours to highlight Da Nang’s attractions.
MH global network supporting Da Nang’s growth
Malaysia Airlines’ extensive network, covering nearly 1,000 destinations across Asia, Europe, and Oceania, places it in a strategic position to support Da Nang’s ambitions for global tourism growth.
The airline will leverage its vast reach to draw tourists not only from Malaysia but also from other countries within its network, further boosting Da Nang’s visibility as a premier destination.
The collaboration between Malaysia Airlines and Da Nang’s tourism industry will extend to marketing initiatives, including influencer-led campaigns and press trips.
These efforts are expected to foster cultural exchange and bolster the local economy.
The launch of Malaysia Airlines’ Kuala Lumpur-Da Nang flight opens new doors for tourism and economic growth in both regions.
As more tourists explore the vibrant cultures and scenic landscapes of Da Nang, the new route will continue to play a pivotal role in fostering strong ties between Malaysia and Vietnam.
