InvestHK and GBA Office host seminar in KL to highlight Hong Kong’s role as gateway to Greater Bay Area, offering growth insights for Malaysian businesses.

Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK) and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development Office (GBA Office) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) are jointly hosting an exclusive seminar today at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, aimed at showcasing business prospects within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA).

Partnered with the Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCIM), the event is tailored to provide Malaysian business leaders with insights into leveraging Hong Kong as a strategic entry point into the rapidly growing GBA market.

Opportunities in Asia’s Emerging Economic Powerhouse

The GBA, encompassing 11 key cities including Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou, represents a powerful economic zone with a combined population of 86 million and a GDP of US$2 trillion. As a region pioneering innovative financial and management policies, the GBA promotes the free flow of talent, goods, and capital, creating a conducive environment for international businesses. Hong Kong, as the most globally connected city in the GBA, continues to solidify its role as a financial and trade hub, an asset management center, and an innovation leader.
