Corporate Communications Manager Ageng Wibowo Leksono stated, “AirAsia understands the inconvenience these cancellations cause.

This decision is made to ensure the safety of passengers and crew.” The decision aligns with official notices from the aviation authorities (NOTAM No: A3548/24 and A3554/24) that advise caution in the area.
