Suria Park, a 4.42-acre green oasis in Bandar Puncak Alam’s Suria Hill, has opened as a vibrant community hub, blending wellness, inclusivity, and sustainability.

IJM Land’s Tree Planting Program at Suria Park united residents and leaders, symbolising growth and unity for future generations.

Suria Park serves as a sanctuary for Puncak Alam residents. “Suria Park reflects our vision,” said Datuk Chai Kian Soon, Chief Operating Officer of IJM Land.

“It offers a safe space where people gather and share experiences.” The park features a 400-metre jogging track, 250-metre hiking trails, and two multipurpose courts.

Families enjoy the Suria Children’s Playground, while pet owners appreciate the Cat Park. Additionally, a skate park, climbing wall, and fitness stations cater to diverse interests. Two Suria Gazebos and shaded areas enhance relaxation.

Accessibility defines Suria Park’s design. Barrier-free pathways, wheelchair-friendly equipment, and tactile paving ensure inclusivity.

“Suria Park invites families and neighbours to come together,” said Haji Mohammad Faisal Ismail, Political Secretary to the Minister of Health Malaysia.

Sustainability drives the park’s ethos. Deep-rooted trees stabilize slopes, while flowering shrubs add seasonal colour. Moreover, earth drains and eco-friendly materials reduce environmental impact, ensuring lasting vibrancy.

The Tree Planting Program highlighted community unity. Residents and leaders planted trees, reinforcing Suria Park’s role as a communal heartbeat open to all.

Suria Hill’s broader vision

Suria Park anchors Suria Hill, a 170-acre township with low-density living at ten units per acre. The first phase, Soren, launched in March 2025 with an 80% take-up rate.

Its 142 two-storey link homes, with a RM87.9 million GDV, set a benchmark for quality.

Sovana, launching in February 2026, will add 96 two-storey homes with a RM70.9 million GDV. These homes, designed for multigenerational living, feature open layouts and EV isolator points.

Furthermore, Suria Hill’s 29 acres of parks, including Vitality and Sensory Gardens, enhance daily life.

Connectivity bolsters Suria Hill’s appeal. Direct access to LATAR, DASH, and NKVE highways links residents to Kuala Lumpur.

The upcoming East Coast Rail Link station, one kilometre away, strengthens regional ties. Additionally, Lotus’s, KIP Mall, and UiTM facilities ensure convenience.

IJM Land’s legacy in Puncak Alam shapes Suria Hill. Since its early development, the company has built infrastructure and amenities, fostering a thriving community.

Suria Park and future parks create a network of green spaces, promoting wellness and connection.

Suria Park invites residents to explore its offerings. For details, contact the Alam Suria Gallery at 03-33933103 or visit www.suriahill.com.
