Students unhappy over SPM Moral paper results

IPOH – The students claimed that they obtained higher grades in the Moral paper during the school’s trial examination

Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) Tarcisian Convent, Ipoh, students expressed their outraged over the results they obtained in the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) Moral examination results recently.

The students claimed that they obtained higher grades in the Moral paper during the school’s trial examination. According to some of the students, the trial examinations questions were far more tougher than the SPM questions, in which they scored A+.

Most of the students scored a straight A+’s in the SPM results except for the Moral paper which they obtained lower than A +.

One student stated that this result will jeopardize her application to obtain Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA) scholarship to further studies in medicine.

The students, who were accompanied by the parents, gathered in front SMK Tarcisian Convent to relate their disbelief after working hard to prepare for the SPM exams.

The SPM results, which will determine the path of the high school leavers, was released last week.
