VijayakoneWe welcome MCA to contest in Bakri but it will not be possible for Chua Jui Meng to contest in Bakri, because it is a DAP stronghold, said Bakri MP Er Teck Hwa.
Recently, Johor PKR chief, Chua Jui Meng challenged MCA president, Chua Soi Lek to contest him in Bakri parliamentary constituency in the upcoming 13th general election.
Er said that over the last four years DAP has worked hard to gain voter confidence and he is confident that Bakri will be returned to the DAP.
Er also expressed his disappointment that the BN government has only concentrated its development in Pagoh. He said that there is no university or college in any of the other district in Muar and that development in Pagoh have caused the property market to sky rocket.
