Needy students received assistance

SG DUA – The money collected through donations during the recent Thaipusam will be used to pay the tuition fees of 10 poor students.

10 poor students received assistance through DAP Indian Culture Bureau today. The bureau, which has been actively assisting poor families financially, came forward to assist the students by paying their tuition fees.

DAP Indian Culture Bureau chairman, Havindar Singh, asked for the public to donate generously to this cause. This is the first time the bureau sponsored education funds.
