ArikrishnanMadam Agnesial Isabel Fernandez , 77 a resident of Sandakan was forcefully evacuated from her home and land at Lot 17 Koyah C Kampong Paris III, District of Kinabantangan , Sandakan by police and government agencies.
The family was constantly harassed, intimidated and threaten by police personnel’s including committing robbery since 1983 with assistance of illegal immigrants.
Despite the fact that the Sabah PUBLIC COMPLAINT BUREAU found her complaint valid, there wasn’t any action taken against those culprits, mainly police officers.
The victim Agnesial Isabel Fernandez, 77 has since approached MIC Headquarters, Bukit Aman police headquarters, Human Right Commission, Home Minister, Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister office on atrocious crimes committed by the officers but no action taken by authority up to date.
In her chronology of events which was made available to Kapar MP, S Manikavasagam, she left Kinabatangan in May 1999 after illegal immigrants broke into her house, threatened to kill her husband and cut her hand.
However, Bukit Aman police station did not accept any report from her.
She further lamented that that her piece of land known as Lot 13 which her family cultivated with fruits since 1983 was found owned by illegal immigrants known Rosnah bt Laoddin and her husband based on Department of Land and Survey Kinabatangan in year 2006.
How could this happen when the land was offered to us till 31.12.2094 by the same department in year 1996.
The question now why the government agencies including Prime Minister’s Office failed to take action against the culprits.
